Do you deliver nationwide?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Gauteng-based orders may arrive sooner. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

Is there a minimum order value for free delivery?

Free delivery thresholds may apply and are displayed at checkout. For bulk orders, delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination.

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Returns & Warranties

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any goods so we can guide you through the process.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologise for any errors. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
